Main Street Medical is a premier urgent care and family practice serving individuals and families in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Led by Joel Johnson III, MD, our team aims to treat every patient with dignity and compassion — providing comprehensive care that promotes a healthy community.

As a physician-owned practice, we have a large team of healthcare professionals offering a wide variety of services that include both primary care and urgent care for the surprises of everyday life.
